The onset of the COVID-19 fraud in early 2020 created a wave of resistance against what many people claimed was “government overreach”. However, most nations declared that nothing “illegal” took place even when their actions caused devastation and deaths. Although this might seem shocking, it comes as no surprise when a stark truth is realised: the state is the judge in its own cause.
In 2023, we produced a video version of “The Mortal God Drops Its Mask” by W.D. James. The essay exposed the ideological and euphemistic notions of the ‘state’ for what it really is: a blunt instrument to crush dissent and individuals’ rights. Now in a new essay, “The Predatory Logic of the State”, Agustín Toptschij expands on the concept to explain why the state is not just dangerous but an active predator of civilisation.
Indeed, our enemy “prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” (1 Peter 5:8) It may seem to be a depressing situation but those in the Austrian tradition of Human Action will appreciate that our choices influence the outcome. As Paul Cudenec said in 2024, “The Corruption is Real and Sickening” but we can and should do something about it!

If the central thesis of this essay is valid, then, in light of the historical evidence presented here, it seems that the high-water mark of ordered liberty occurred in the Middle Ages under the benevolent authority of the Catholic Church, against which certain “reformers” rebelled around the 16th century, later subsumed under various totalitarian movements (Jacobinism, Communism, Nazism, usurious Capitalism). The lesson would be a return to the dominance of the polis of a confederated Christendom under natural and divine law over the leviathan threat of enveloping, noxious arbitrary secularisms.
Many states resemble organized criminal enterprises.
The universality to our existence is objective morality (natural law) and equity – all being equal under the law. Common law trial by jury acts as a natural law tribunal under due process of law for all matters civil, criminal and fiscal.
Here in England, we have the English Constitution, which covers Wales as well. This Constitution is there to protect our rights and freedoms. It is there to keep, amongst other things, a separation of powers between monarchy, the government, the judiciary, the police and the people. But since the 1960’s maybe even earlier, the education system has been infiltrated and told to ignore the English Constitution like it doesn’t exist. Because the ‘powers that shouldn’t be’ intentions are to take away our rights and freedoms calling it British. They have done this by collaborating the monarchy, the government, the judiciary and the police against the people’s rights and freedoms. Totally unconstitutional of course. The English Constitution and the Bill of Rights etc. will always be there to use, but the people are unaware of it because they were never taught about it. If we do not use the English Constitution, this authoritarian control in our country will only grow and grow, exactly what we are seeing.
Legalese doublespeak by pro governmental authorities, how CONvenient of them to derive at that CONclusion…
Nothing “illegal” but totally unlawful, a HUGE DIFFERENCE
Maxim-of-law:

– If ever the law of God and man are at variance, the former are to be obeyed in derogation of the later. [Acts 5:29]
– What is first is truest; and what comes first in time, is best in law.
– “Where two rights concur, the more ancient shall be preferred.”
– The government cannot confer a favor which occasions injury and loss to others.
– The government is to be subject to the law, for the law makes government.

– The law is not to be violated by those in government.
– The law which governs corporations is the same as that which governs individuals
– The law does wrong to no one.
– An act of the law wrongs no man.
– The law never works an injury, or does him a wrong.

– The construction of law works not an injury.
– Nothing inconvenient is lawful.
– Nothing against reason is lawful.
– The law which governs corporations is the same as that which governs individuals [godless entities].
To conclude… There is an entire chapter of curses in The Word of God for those who are oathbreakers, which will beset ALL of the one’s who pushed, supported, administered, covered up etc; the pre-planned mRNA biological weapons – irrelevant of whether they “believe” in The Almighty Father God or not.
Blasphemy is not the only “unpardonable” sin, He states that at judgement He will hold the oaths against those who break their oaths.
So see “doctor” Anthony Fauci hang from the gallows for mass genocide will probably never happen, but fret not as his eternal demise is promised in Revelation 21 v 8
