My husband Mark and I were trained as allopathic doctors and both worked for a couple of decades in the medical system. During this time we gained experience in number of different specialties and also worked as clinical trials physicians. It was a world immersed in tests, drugs, surgery and huge amounts of money.

In 2016, Mark exited his medical practice as he had lost belief in “conventional” medicine and realised that the healthcare system was a hoax. However, it was not until 2020 that we both woke up to the full nature of allopathy due to The COVID-19 Fraud. I never applied for a medical licence again and gladly left The Killing Fields.

Our new path brought us into contact with the work of Dr. Ulric Williams who, like me, experienced a spiritual awakening to renounce allopathy and embrace naturopathy. In 2022 I had the honour of re-booting his writings in the book Terrain Therapy (How To Achieve Perfect Health Through Diet, Living Habits & Divine Thinking.) In this video, I outline ten of his best insights to help you achieve real health outside of the current medical system.

  1. I’m reminded of the quote: “There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all.”

  2. I chanced across this golden nugget from Werner Hesienberg rather late in life – “The first gulp from the glass of natural sciences will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass God is waiting for you”. I suspect this reinforces Dr. Williams’ own ‘come to Jesus’ moment when he asserts that diseases afflict the “body, mind, soul and estate”. I have no doubt that he chose those words very carefully and intentionally to highlight the chasm that exists between allopathy and the true holistic understanding of the health and well-being of humans as physical and spiritual manifestations of God’s creation. Thank you Dr’s Bailey. This video serves as a timely reminder to go back to the book shelf and reacquaint myself with Terrain Therapy. Warm regards from Oz – both literally and metaphorically ;-D

  3. Thank you, dear Sam. I read the book two years ago. Thank you for making it available again.
    Much love from Friderike

  4. Dr Ulric Williams will never be dead as long as you are alive Dr Sam. I have a feeling he is watching over you.

  5. We were never taught this way of thinking because it undermines the secular, atheistic school system we were all supposedly educated with. The division between Terrain Theory vs. Germ Theory is faith-based: Do you put your faith in men with lab coats, backed by billions of dollars in advertising? Or do you put your faith in Nature, God, the Creator who provides for every living thing? This is precisely why the first goal in public schools is to teach globe theory, in order to remove God and squash our innate yearning for spiritual insight.

  6. ‘Nature may effect a cure in spite of treatment, in which case the doctor will claim and probably get the full credit for recovery.’ This concept from Dr Williams, I think, is one of the most important points that can be utilized to get people who have a tendency to visit a GP at the first sign of a symptom, to go within and think about what they know intuitively. They always seem very happy that a pill they have popped has ‘done the job’. But question them further and they do understand that their body somehow healed itself. I feel it’s like a crack in the door that could be worked on. I think it’s unethical and you’re up against it if you try saying to someone that the meds they are taking are probably doing them harm in the long term even if ameliorating a discomfort in the short term. But getting them to out the idea to themselves that the body is the healer not the meds is the signpost on that true path. Thanks, Sam. (I must reread TT as the first time around was not the right time for me.)

  7. A great summary, I think I would enjoy reading that book. Thank you for all the work you do Dr Sam.
