The 1800s heralded the birth of germ theory and the nascent vaccine market through names such as Louis Pasteur and Robert Koch. We have dedicated numerous publications to refuting the germ “theory” and the erroneous concept of “pathogens“. Unfortunately, the germ hypothesis also paved the way for virology, even though the reality of any “virus” has always been intangible.
In many ways the 1890s were the beginning of the history of virology. According to the virologists, the first virus to be discovered was the Tobacco Mosaic Virus, something that should have been “The beginning & end of virology“. A lesser known part of this decade is that soon afterwards the first animal virus, foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) virus, was also said to be found.
This is not a matter of trivia because in several parts of the world we are now being threatened with major FMD outbreaks. While this is not a direct threat to human health, there is the menace of mass animal slaughter as we have documented in Virus Mania, The Final Pandemic and several videos. So in this presentation we analyse the 1898 report that launched the FMD narrative and how it continues to take the current responses in a very dangerous direction.

Thanks, Sam. It was heartbreaking to see the huge pyres of burning, healthy cattle during times when the UK ‘had its bouts of F and M’. Farmers have lost livelihoods. It’s tragic to listen to the stupidity of the deluded experts who spout unscientific nonsense. People are wising up, though. During a recent declaration by the UK gov that all fowl must be registered, people were registering plastic chickens and children’s bathtime ducks. We need farmers to stand up to no-culling without real proof… which cannot be had…. knowing that the people are behind them.

Another eyeopening video exposing the lies we are subjected to. What angers me is the sheer destruction of animals when there was never a need for it.
In that particular Dutton Ranch episode, at the site of a sick cow, actor Ed Harris decried “those damn antivaxxers!” As if vaccine skeptics were to blame for the slaughter of all those Angus cattle, to which the rancher had little hesitancy shooting each and every cow on his ranch.
Meanwhile, the watering hole for his cattle looked like a runoff ditch that I would love to have seen a toxicology report for!

FMD cattle have often been in contact with various healthy herds without causing any spread of the disease.

Sir Albert Howard, working in India during the 1920’s, experienced how important healthy humus-rich soil is for plant and animal health. In his book Farming & Gardening for Health or Disease, he showed how, through caring for livestock in the best possible way, providing them with healthy, natural food grown on the farm and without using any artificial fertilisers, his animals could be resistant to many of the prevalent diseases including Foot and Mouth. Indeed, so convinced was he of their resilience and health that he allowed his animals to come into contact with infected animals and contaminated pasture. This experiment was repeated 13 years running during which time none of his animals became infected. In his own words, “This long experience of foot and mouth suggests that an important factor in the prevention of animal disease is food from humus filled soil.”—Bernard Jarman

“This calls to mind a personal interview I conducted with A. Kalokerinos, Chief Medical Officer at the Aboriginal Health Clinic in Redfern (Sydney), Australia. He related an experience wherein cattle feeding on grass grown on re-mineralized soil, were grazing literally nose to nose–at the fence line–with another herd infected with hoof and mouth disease. Without the benefit of any specific protective measures including vaccines, the uninfected herd manifested total immunity.”—-Raymond Obomsawin
