Hello Sam,
I am on a journey of listening to ALL your videos and have made quite a commitment to this process as this has been a massive learning for me. Right now I am on the ‘supplements’ series and as I am taking all of these supplement you present, and then some (very informative). In the Quercetin video as a natural food source you mentioned tomatoes. I have been led to believe over the last few years that tomatoes, one of the nightshade family, are highly inflammatory, (joint pain etc.) much to my chagrin. As a result I may have a tomato once in a while, but generally avoid them. When I do eat them I remove the seeds and skin . I do miss tomato sauce!!! 🙁
Any thoughts about this to clarify would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Lindsay
